Months Job Summary:

Primary Responsibilities Reports to the Warehouse Manager (WM). The RA is responsible for providing support for the day-to-day operations of the warehouse and must be familiar with all current standards, policies and practices. Receiving shipments of all material for our prefabrication department delivered to warehouse into our Procurement database Verifying packing list counts against material physically delivered by our vendors Compare vendor quotes and collaborate with Project Managers to determine purchasing decisions based on cost and lead time Enter purchase orders accurately into the company database Follow up with vendors regarding order status and lead times Maintain organized records and documentation related to purchasing activities Create and manage Excel spreadsheets to track pricing, orders, and vendor information Required Skills & Qualifications Strong computer skills with high proficiency in Microsoft Excel Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively Professional and responsive when dealing with vendors and internal teams
