Full Job Description Position Summary:
The Purchasing Mail and Print Services Student Assistant is responsible for assisting with general and clerical duties under the supervision of the AD, Purchasing, Mail & Print Services.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist with inventory management Assist with the processing of printing requests and mail and order distribution Assisting with the organization and cleanliness of the purchasing and print services areas
Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:
Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds Ability to sit and/or stand for long periods of time Able to work up to 19 hours per week, Monday - Friday, between the hours of 8 am and 5 pm Enrolled as a current Franklin University student
Preferred Skills and Characteristics:
Excellent customer service skills Able to work independently and be self-directed Able to multi-task Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
