This position is ideal for someone who is organized, efficient, and eager to support construction projects from behind the scenes. A strong interest or background in electrical materials or construction is a definite plus. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Review and complete purchase documentation ensuring the completeness and accuracy of purchases made by purchasing agents within the department. Assist in the procurement of miscellaneous materials, tools, equipment, and supplies. Create and process purchase orders in line with company guidelines. Track orders to ensure timely delivery and follow up with vendors on order status or delays. Maintain and update supplier records, pricing information, and purchase documentation. Coordinate with accounting for invoice verification and resolve any discrepancies. Participate in daily safety talks. Education and/or Experience High school diploma or equivalent required 1-3 years of purchasing or administrative experience, ideally in the construction or electrical industry. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with procurement or ERP systems is a plus. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Base pay is $23
  • 26+ per hour (DOE).
