POSITION SUMMARY
Purchasing specified commodities, raw materials, and supplies from new and existing vendors and manufacturers. Establishing vendor relationships. Managing the inventory of multiple warehouses and developing relationships as we grow.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
  • Manage the inventory in onsite warehouse, as well as 3 remote warehouses.
  • Prepare and utilize reports to manage inventory levels.
  • Complete cycle counts and reconciliation resolving all issues.
  • Order, track, and ensure proper receipt of products, supplies, and materials.
  • Maintain positive relationships with suppliers.
  • Ensure purchase order claims and contacts adhere to company policy.
  • Analyze market and delivery systems to assess present and future material availability.

  • Negotiation Skills - Ability to reach outcomes that gain the support and acceptance of all parties.
  • Organized - Following a systematic method of performing a task.
  • Self-Motivated - Ability to be internally inspired to perform a task to the best of one's ability using his or her own drive or initiative.
EDUCATION
College experience is desired although, experience will be considered.
