Job Description

JOB OVERVIEW
The Storeroom Assistant is responsible for all storeroom receiving processes in the Wellston facility. This will be a 3 rd shift opening with working hours 8 PM-6 AM, working (4) 10 HR days a week in our Wellston facility. To learn more about our Wellston plant and the surrounding area, click here !
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Responsible for the storeroom receiving and the repairable spares process Responsible for Storeroom record keeping and supporting the everyday storeroom activity Ensure the accuracy of the storeroom inventory (quantities, descriptions, pictures, etc.). Responsible for Sani-Tag and Green Pad processes Small parcels shipping (UPS, DHL, etc.) Work closely with the Local Sourcing Assistant
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
High School Diploma/ GED with relevant work experience Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) Forklift Licence or willing to obtain a forklift license Possess good communication skills with the ability to build, foster, and maintain positive relationships (Internal/External Customers, Vendors, Salesmen, Manufacturers) Strong customer service skills (resolving customer issues promptly, and staying calm when customers are stressed or upset) Ability to maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward vendors and customers at all times Possess a strong ethical standard and a strong bias for continuous improvement Ability to work in a team environment with other partners or independently with minimal supervision, while keeping others informed of progress Willingness to work a flexible schedule or an alternative schedule, depending on the needs of the facility
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience in a manufacturing or storeroom environment Knowledge of a computerized maintenance software (example: Maximo, Data Splice, etc.) Knowledge of financial, purchasing, or enterprise software (example: SAP)

Salary Range The salary range for this position is $38500.00 - $53000.00 / Annually.
