ASSISTANT MERCHANT- HAYNES FURNITURE

The Assistant Merchant supports the buying team in processing, maintenance, and purchasing products. This role involves analyzing data, coordinating with departments/vendors/store teams, creating and/or managing products, pricing, and details and ensuring accuracy. Associate's degree in Business, Marketing, Retail Management, or related field (preferred) 1-3+ years of related work experience as assistant merchant or assistant buyer. Previous experience in retail, purchasing, or administrative support is a plus Strong analytical and numerical skills Excellent organizational and time management abilities Good communication and negotiation skills Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory management systems For full-time associates we offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your health and financial well-being
