Responsibilities:

Manage both new and existing customer inquiries related to print orders, product information, pricing, and services. Process and manage customer orders, ensuring accurate details such as specifications, quantities, and delivery timelines are communicated clearly and accurately. Prepare detailed cost estimates, including labor, materials, equipment, and vendor costs. Monitor projects throughout the production process to ensure they adhere to our quality standards, promised schedules and delivery timelines. Manage existing relationships with suppliers to ensure cost efficiencies and the timely delivery of materials

Qualifications:

2+ years of work history in the printing industry with proven experience as a printing estimator. Must have a strong knowledge of print production processes and materials. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and print estimating software, PrintSmith Vision preferred. Compensation based on experience.
