Job Description

Contract Dates:
June 18 - July 2, 2026 This position is temporary and will be executed over the dates listed above. Are you looking for a unique opportunity to earn money, gain hands-on experience, and make a real impact in healthcare? Health Care Relocations (HCR) is seeking Operations Associates to join our team in Sitka from June 18 - July 2. HCR specializes in relocating hospitals and healthcare facilities, ensuring a smooth transition for facility operations and patient care. This role is perfect for students interested in logistics, healthcare, or project management.
What You'll Gain:
$25.00/hour pay for full-day shifts (8:00 am - 4:30 pm) with flexible hours depending on the day. Hands-on experience working alongside industry professionals in healthcare and logistics. What You'll Do:
Assist with the relocation and installation of hospital and medical equipment. Work as part of a dynamic team, tackling tasks and solving problems on the go. Stay active with physical work, fast walking, and occasional lifting. Interact with hospital staff and ensure professionalism in every task.
What We're Looking For:
A can-do attitude, with flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment. Strong teamwork skills and the ability to communicate effectively. Comfort with being on your feet all day and performing physical tasks. Candidates may be required to pass a background check
Bonus:
Previous experience in teamwork settings or logistics (not required).
