Job Description

THE DYNAMIC VISION

Job Purpose:
Assists patients with checking out and scheduling in house procedures as well as coordinating outgoing referrals to other providers if necessary.
Responsibilities:
Schedule all things ordered by the attending provider. Help to explain procedures and insurance to patients. Must be knowledgeable of all DYNAMIC policies and procedures. Must be intrinsically motivated, organized and out going. Must have all knowledge of how to schedule properly to ensure a good flow of patients through the office day to day.
Compensation:
Competitive hourly rate, paid time off and full health/dental/vision coverage available.
Schedule:
Monday - Friday 8-5 pm
Job Type:
Full-time Requirements Experience Required:
2+ years medical field preferred. Must understand general insurance questions.
Skills Preferred:
Excellent customer service skills and dispute resolution EMR knowledge Medical Terminology/ICD-10 & CPT knowledge Commercial insurance, Medicaid and Medicare Prioritize work and be detail oriented Use active listening skills Communicate effectively verbally and in writing
