As our Patient Care Coordinator , you're the first voice and face our patients interact with—and you set the tone for their entire experience. From the first phone call to the final appointment, you'll help create a calm, confident, and caring environment that makes every patient feel like family. Whether you're just starting out or looking to grow in a healthcare setting, we'll give you the tools, training, and team support to help you thrive. What You'll Do Greet and check in patients with warmth and professionalism Answer calls, texts, and emails with clarity, care, and attention to detail Schedule, confirm, and adjust appointments to keep the day running smoothly Keep patient information and records accurate and up to date Collaborate with your teammates to make the patient experience seamless Monitor arrivals, minimize wait times, and help maintain a calm front desk flow Jump in where needed to help with general admin and support What We're Looking For Approachable and friendly—you love connecting with people Organized and comfortable managing fast-moving schedules Clear communicator across phone, email, and in person 3+ years of customer service experience preferred (bonus if it's in healthcare or dental) Tech-comfy (Microsoft Office + open to learning new systems) Team-oriented, dependable, and positive—even on busy days What You'll Get Paid training and hands-on support so you're set up for success A tight-knit, upbeat team that values your voice and contributions Clear processes, daily team huddles, and open communication Real impact: help people feel confident and cared for every single day Perks & Benefits 401(k) matching Health, Vision, and Dental insurance Employee discounts on services and products Paid time off for vacations and holidays Schedule & Locations Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM-4:30 PM (may vary slightly based on daily needs) Reliable transportation required.
