COP $4,000,000 + commissions per scheduled meeting🕒 Monday to Friday 7:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. 40 hours per weekWe are looking for a highly motivated Bilingual Appointment Setter with experience in outbound prospecting and meeting generation to support the Sales CEO of an international company focused on the E-commerce and Fulfillment industries.
The selected candidate will be responsible for contacting U.S.-based prospects through cold calling, generating interest, and scheduling qualified meetings with decision-makers.⚠️ This role does NOT involve closing sales or participating in sales negotiations.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective companies in the United States.
Generate leads and create commercial interest through a structured sales pitch.
Qualify prospects and schedule meetings with decision-makers.
Maintain CRM updates and follow-up activities.
Consistently achieve outreach and appointment-setting goals.
Requirements
Advanced conversational English (C1/C2 preferred).
Minimum 2 years of experience in appointment setting, SDR, lead generation, cold calling, telemarketing, or B2B outbound sales.
Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills.
Technologist or professional, currently studying or graduated in business administration, communications, marketing, international business, or related fields.
Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls daily.
Employment Conditions
Initial fixed-term contract for 3 months, followed by an indefinite-term contract.
Hybrid model: 3 days in-office and 2 days remote.
Office located near Santafé Shopping Center - Medellín.
U.S. holidays are worked remotely and paid with the applicable surcharge.
Base salary of COP $4,000,000 + commissions based on scheduled meetings.
