Job Description

Make every order move Join our fast-moving team in Arkansas, TX, 72712 as a Fulfillment Operations Associate. You'll keep product flowing smoothly from dock to doorstep while collaborating with teammates in a high-energy environment. A day in the role You start your shift with a quick team huddle to align on production goals and timelines. Next, you'll receive inbound product, verify counts, and store items efficiently. Through the day, you hop on a forklift or pallet jack to position pallets, pick and pack customer orders with precision, apply labels, and stage outbound shipments. You wrap up by straightening aisles, confirming inventory updates, and following every safety guideline so the next shift is ready to roll. Your core responsibilities Support end-to-end warehouse flow: receiving, storage, and outbound shipping. Operate material handling equipment—forklifts and pallet jacks—safely and effectively. Keep inventory records accurate and assist with routine cycle counts and stock checks. Select, pack, and label items to prepare orders for shipment. Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free workspace. Work closely with teammates to achieve production targets and meet deadlines. Adhere to all safety procedures and protocols at all times. What you bring High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Exposure to warehouse or production work is a plus. Comfort lifting up to 50 lbs and performing hands-on tasks throughout the shift. Strong attention to detail with solid organizational habits. Basic computer literacy to support inventory activities. Clear communication skills and a collaborative mindset. Flexibility to work varied hours and overtime when required.
