As the Administrative Coordinator for STEM Pathways & Front Office Operations, you'll play a vital role in keeping that work moving forward. This isn't a typical administrative role. You'll be at the center of both statewide program coordination and daily campus operations, supporting innovative educational programs while creating a welcoming, efficient front office experience. 📋 What You'll Do In this role, you will:
  • Coordinate communications and provide administrative support for STEM Pathways programs
  • Maintain program data, rosters, and tracking systems to support reporting and outcomes
  • Coordinate professional development events from planning through completion
  • Process purchase requisitions and support operational needs through Workday
  • Track grant deliverables, timelines, and required documentation
  • Support program visibility through social media and collaboration with Communications
  • Serve as the primary front office contact for calls, visitors, and general inquiries
  • Monitor campus access and support daily front office operations
  • Receive, log, and distribute packages with accuracy and timeliness
  • Partner with the Finance Office to ensure proper tracking and reconciliation of deliveries 🎯 What You Bring
  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience, plus 1-3 years in administrative, office support, or customer-facing roles
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Clear, professional communication skills and a service-oriented approach
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace; ability to learn systems such as Workday
  • Comfort using AI productivity tools, or willingness to develop proficiency
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment 🌍 Work Environment
  • Front office and administrative setting on a residential high school campus
  • Regular interaction with students, faculty, staff, and campus visitors
  • Active role requiring coordination across multiple departments
  • Combination of desk work and movement across campus
