This role is essential to keeping our operations running smoothly. You'll be the bridge between customers and technicians — balancing efficiency, communication, and service quality. What You'll Do Build and optimize daily technician routes Schedule new customers and recurring services Reschedule appointments as needed due to weather or operational changes Communicate schedule updates clearly to technicians and customers Monitor route efficiency and capacity Work closely with sales and service teams to ensure smooth handoffs Maintain accurate records in our scheduling and CRM systems What We're Looking For Strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment Clear, confident communication skills High attention to detail Solutions-oriented mindset Comfort working with scheduling software and CRM systems Previous scheduling, dispatch, or administrative experience preferred What Success Looks Like Routes are optimized and technicians stay productive Customers are informed and satisfied Minimal scheduling errors or missed appointments Strong cross-team communication Calm, solutions-focused problem solving Why Join Rumble?
