We specialize in Asian cuisine and focus on serving fresh food with friendly customer service! We are seeking a dynamic and organized Restaurant Operations Assistant to join our team! In this vital role, you will be involved in and support the daily restaurant functions, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional customer experiences. This is a hands-on role that includes customer service, food preparation, assembling poke bowls, maintaining a safe and clean environment, while also staying comfortable with multitasking and working in fast-paced settings. Responsibilities Assist with front desk operations, greeting guests and managing reservations with professionalism and warmth Take orders accordingly and process cash, card, and digital payments Handle multi-line phone systems, directing calls accurately and courteously to appropriate team members Prepare and assemble poke bowls with accurate portions and presentations Assist with kitchen duties and assisting with other meals, such as ramen, drinks, and sushi Maintain a clean and organized work environment with opening and closing sanitation duties Provide team support and assist wherever needed during busy periods
