Job Description

Looking for an energetic, reliable, pleasant person with medical experience to work in the scheduling department for a busy OB/GYN office. You will primarily be responsible for providing excellent customer service by assisting patients over the phone with scheduling appointments for multiple providers and locations, answering questions and relaying medical information. system and medical terminology, along with your experience in a medical office setting will enhance our operational efficiency. We expect you to maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations while providing outstanding customer service, making you a vital part of our healthcare team dedicated to women's health.
