As an Administrative Assistant at Renovation Rewind you will play a pivotal role in supporting our operations by handling administrative tasks with a strong focus on Excel proficiency and data entry accuracy. We are seeking a detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about contributing to the success of a dynamic team.
Responsibilities:
Perform data entry tasks with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency using Excel spreadsheets. Prepare, maintain, and update various reports and databases as required. Assist in organizing and scheduling appointments, meetings, and events. Manage incoming and outgoing communications, including emails and phone calls. Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders for supplies, and verifying receipt of supplies. Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports. Develop and maintain a filing system. Provide general administrative support to visitors and employees. Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients. Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an administrative assistant or relevant role. Proficiency in MS Office, with advanced skills in Excel (formulas, charts, and data management). Excellent time management and organizational skills. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. High school diploma; additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus. Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
