Position Overview We are hiring motivated Roofing Setters to generate residential roofing inspection appointments through door-to-door marketing and neighborhood canvassing. This is a high-energy, field-based sales role focused on: Door-to-door lead generation Setting roofing inspection appointments Helping homeowners through the insurance claim process Working directly with Inspector Managers and roofing consultants This position is ideal for someone who is coachable, competitive, outgoing, and motivated by uncapped earning potential. CompensationCommission-Only Structure This is a commission-only opportunity with uncapped earning potential. Setters are paid throughout the roofing process, including upfront compensation once a homeowner signs a Letter of Representation (LOR) and moves forward with the insurance claim process. Additional compensation is earned as projects progress through approval and completion milestones. Additional Incentives Quarterly performance bonuses Leadership and promotion opportunities Uncapped earning potential Fast-track advancement into Inspector or leadership roles Income Potential Average setters: $75,000+ Strong performers: $120,000+ Top setters: $200,000+ What You'll Do Door-knock residential neighborhoods throughout the Phoenix metro area Generate roofing inspection appointments for homeowners Educate homeowners on storm damage and insurance restoration Help homeowners understand the insurance claim process and sign necessary paperwork Work directly with Inspector Managers in the field Learn how to communicate with homeowners professionally and confidently Track appointments and homeowner information inside the CRM Help build neighborhood presence and brand awareness Attend team meetings, trainings, and field development sessions Maintain a positive attitude and strong work ethic in the field What We're Looking ForPreferred Experience Door-to-door sales experience is a plus but not required Roofing, solar, pest control, alarms, or direct sales experience preferred Strong communication skills Competitive and self-motivated mindset All Candidates Comfortable working outdoors in Arizona heat Comfortable walking neighborhoods and knocking doors daily Coachable and willing to learn Positive attitude and high energy Reliable transportation Strong work ethic and accountability Why Join Outlaws Roofing?
