Responsibilities:
- Follow up on underwriting cases with carriers
- Translate underwriting requirements (EN/CN) for agents
- Drive carrier cases from submission to in-force
- Organize and archive policy documents
- Respond to agent inquiries via WeChat and email
Requirements:
- Bilingual English/Chinese —
REQUIRED
(Mandarin or Cantonese)- Detail-oriented, organized
- Proficient in Excel
- Insurance or customer-service experience a plus
- Bachelor's degree preferred What we offer:
