Operations Assistant - Fulfillment, Inventory & Quality Control Auburn, CA | Established Apparel Brand Part-Time | Approximately 32 Hours/Week We are an established apparel brand with nearly 30 years in business and a loyal national customer base. We are seeking a reliable, organized, detail-oriented, and business-minded Operations Assistant to support fulfillment, inventory management, shipping/receiving, and quality control at our Auburn location. This is a hands-on operational role within a structured small growing business environment. The ideal candidate is dependable, accurate, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple responsibilities throughout the day. Responsibilities Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and on schedule Receive, organize, and maintain inventory and supplies Process fulfillment for both retail and wholesale accounts Perform quality control checks on outgoing orders Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with stock organization Support customer email communication and order processing as needed Assist with purchasing and operational coordination Maintain clean, organized fulfillment areas Occasional local errands or pickups as needed Qualifications 2-5+ year's experience in fulfillment, warehouse operations, inventory control, logistics, or operations support Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Business-minded with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration preferred, or some business coursework completed Experience with shipping/receiving and order fulfillment preferred Strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to work independently after training Reliable, punctual, and consistent work ethic Professional communication and customer service skills Comfortable using Microsoft Office Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and remain active during shifts Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required Compensation $22-$25 per hour depending on experience and qualifications Performance review after 6 months with opportunity for pay increase based on performance and expanded responsibilities Growth Opportunity This is a long-term opportunity within an established and growing brand.
