Radiology Scheduler/Clerical

Seeking highly motivated full-time Radiology scheduler/Clerical. Job duties include but are not limited to the following: Create new patient chart and sort authorization referrals sent with medical records. Input and schedule new patient referral received via phone, e-mail or fax from adjusters, nurse-case managers or doctors. Contact referring providers to obtain missing important information. Call and reschedule any patients that have no showed/cancelled their appointments. Fax and upload medical reports. Separate, scan and mail out medical invoices and reports. Open mail and distribute accordingly. Scheduling experience preferred. Excellent communication/phone skills. Able to use computer-based programs with ease.
