Office Assistant

Description This is a hands-on role within a fulfillment and warehouse operation. You'll be responsible for preparing and shipping customer orders, maintaining organized inventory, and supporting our operations manager with day-to-day tasks. The right person is organized, dependable, and pays close attention to detail. Over time, there's potential for this position to grow into a broader operations support role.

Responsibilities:

• Pick, inspect, and pack customer orders with care and accuracy.
• Check items for quality (no loose threads, stains, or visible flaws).
• Print packing slips, verify addresses, and manage shipments via USPS, DHL, and FedEx.
• Organize and maintain inventory, including counting and restocking as needed.
• Assist with updates to product listings and inventory quantities in our system.
• Keep the workspace clean and organized, including taking out trash and preparing shipments.
• Communicate with customers under the direction of the operations manager.
• Run errands or drop off shipments as needed.
• Support the team wherever help is needed

• Prior experience working in retail is a plus but not required.
• Proven reliability and punctuality
• you show up and follow through.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in doing things right.
• Excellent organization skills
• you enjoy keeping things in order.
• Positive attitude and willingness to help out in all areas.
• Comfortable using computers and learning new systems.
• Valid driver's license and your own transportation.
• Prior fulfillment or warehouse experience is preferred but not required, we'll train the right person.
