This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys helping people, staying organized, and being an essential part of a fast-paced, team-oriented company. In this role, you will help create an excellent experience for our customers while supporting the daily operations that keep our office running smoothly. We are looking for someone who is friendly, dependable, solution-oriented, and confident in a fast-paced environment. The right candidate will be an excellent communicator, strong multitasker, quick learner, and committed team player who takes pride in delivering 5-star service and contributing to a positive, professional workplace. Key Responsibilities Answer incoming phone calls with professionalism, warmth, and patience Provide excellent customer service by phone, text, and email Communicate with customers promptly and professionally regarding scheduling, updates, and general questions Manage and coordinate scheduling for the sales team Monitor and respond to emails in a timely and professional manner Enter, update, and maintain accurate information in the company CRM Assist with calendar management and scheduling changes using Google Calendar Support communication and coordination across departments Assist with pulling permits and renewing business licenses Help organize team lunches, birthdays, work anniversaries, and office celebrations Support internal office organization and administrative follow-through Learn new systems, processes, and responsibilities as needed What We're Looking For Strong customer service and communication skills Excellent phone etiquette and professionalism Comfortable communicating with customers by phone, text, and email Highly organized with strong attention to detail Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure Comfortable using CRM platforms, email, and Google Calendar Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Strong follow-through and sense of responsibility Solution-oriented and proactive in daily work Willingness to learn and take on new tasks Professional, dependable, and team-oriented Preferred Experience Prior experience in administrative support, customer service, reception, or office coordination Experience in construction, home services, or another fast-paced service environment is a plus Familiarity with scheduling teams and managing customer communication is preferred Benefits Healthcare benefits available for full-time employees Retirement Plan Why Join A-1 All American Roofing?
