This role will report to our Production Supervisor and will support our factory and production team by making sure materials, supplies, and orders are organized, tracked, and moving. This role will include AP/AR duties (QuickBooks online), vendor relations, shipping and receiving duties, and communication with our department managers. (Bilingual Spanish/English is required.) This is a hands on, detail driven role that is focused on internal operations rather than client facing work. What this person will do Create deposit invoices in QuickBooks and set up project folders Organize and maintain project paperwork and documentation Monitor Airtable tracking tools and update workflows as needed Purchase office supplies as needed Check in with the factory team regularly to understand material needs and place orders Coordinate purchasing for foam, wood, hardware, textiles, and other materials Request quotes from vendors and track pricing Build and maintain relationships with vendors Receive and tag incoming COM and other materials Track incoming shipments and make sure materials are accounted for Send out wood, metal, and finish samples as needed Support freight coordination including gathering quotes and preparing shipping paperwork Process and file invoices Help keep operations organized and moving day to day What we are looking for Bilingual in English and Spanish, required Experience in furniture manufacturing or similar manufacturing environment Highly organized and detail oriented Comfortable working in a fast-moving, hands-on environment Strong follow through and accountability Comfortable working with vendors and asking for quotes or updates Able to manage multiple tasks without losing track of details Tech saavy and able to learn systems quickly!

$24.00 - $28.00 per hour
