Minimum Experience Requirement :

Minimum of one year experience with a multi-line telephone system. Customer service skills required for responding appropriately to patients, families, physicians and agency staff. Ability to transcribe and relay accurate messages on a timely basis. Knowledge of grammar usage, punctuation and style. Computer skills required. Clinic experience preferred.
