Job Description:

BrownTrout Publishers - El Segundo, CA BrownTrout is a leading publisher of calendars, stationery, and seasonal products, delivering to major national retailers and eCommerce platforms across North America. BrownTrout Publishers is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented ERP & Business Systems Coordinator to support our fast-paced operations, logistics, warehouse, and retail programs. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving operational problems, improving processes, working cross-functionally, and supporting ERP/business systems in a distribution-driven environment. Key Responsibilities Support and maintain daily ERP and business system operations Assist with inventory, order management, item setup, and operational workflows Coordinate EDI and retailer compliance processes (ASNs, SPS Commerce, retailer portals) Support warehouse and fulfillment operations across multiple channels Troubleshoot system and operational issues with internal teams Create and maintain reports using Excel and ERP data Assist with retailer item setup and product data management Work cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Service, Operations, Warehouse, and IT teams Help improve operational processes and system efficiencies Support integrations with eCommerce and retail platforms Preferred Qualifications 2-5+ years of ERP, operations systems, inventory, or supply chain experience Experience with ERP systems (Dynamics GP / Great Plains experience preferred) Strong Excel skills required Experience with inventory, order management, warehouse, or distribution workflows Familiarity with EDI/SPS Commerce and retailer compliance processes preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail Nice to Have SalesPad experience SQL or reporting experience Power BI experience Shopify, Amazon, or marketplace integrations Consumer products, distribution, publishing, logistics, or retail industry experience Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary: $80,000-$100,000 DOE Health benefits Paid time off Growth opportunity within a collaborative team environment Location El Segundo, CA Full-Time | On-Site / Hybrid Flexibility Possible To apply, please submit your resume and a brief summary of your experience.
