Job Summary:

We seek a detail-oriented professional to coordinate and schedule Main Panel Upgrade (MPU) disconnect/reconnect activities. Our team values strong organizational skills, dedication to process compliance, and effective communication to ensure quality support across various service centers.

Responsibilities:

Schedule and coordinate MPU disconnect/reconnect work, managing systems and documentation to support ongoing operations. Monitor and track timelines to ensure strict compliance with CPUC requirements and procedural adherence for MPU activities. Communicate regularly with customers and stakeholders, providing updates and addressing any scheduling or coordination issues. Prioritize backlog and manage workloads to maintain accurate records and timely completion of service requests.

Required:

Experience supporting scheduling, coordination, administrative, or operations support functions. Demonstrated ability to manage deadlines, follow established procedures, and maintain precise records. Proficiency with basic computer and office software applications. Excellent communication and customer service skills, with strong follow-through across multiple stakeholders.
