We are looking for an Operations Associate II to join our talented Laser team in Fremont, CA. As a uniquely qualified candidate, you will: Working under close supervision and following detailed verbal and written instructions. Performs repetitive bench or line assembly operations to mass produce medical device products such as Stents, Filters, etc. by performing the following duties.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Operate multiple laser machines as needed to produce laser as-cuts Meet productivity and quality goals Perform visual and dimensional inspections Maintain clean and orderly workstation. Properly completes manufacturing documentation. Work at different workstations as production needs require. Communicate problems to supervisor or lead. Communicate the need for production operating supplies. Participate in improvement activities related to process or safety. Complete required basic production, health, safety and environmental hazard training courses. Follow all corporate, safety, and production standard operating procedures. EDUCATION and/or
EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or equivalent, and 2 to 5 years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. OTHER SKILLS and
ABILITIES
Ability to work varying shifts and overtime hours when required. Ability to read, write and understand English. Must have ability to complete training courses. Ability to work in a team environment. Ability to use and read measuring devices, i.e., rulers, calipers, micrometers, reticules, thermometers, gauges, etc. Understands and can apply regulatory (QSR, ISO) requirements in everyday activities.

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision. Must meet the visual work standards and be tested annually.
