  • Full-time Overview Join us as a Community Maintenance & Operations Specialist, where your technical expertise, hands-on skills, and dedication to excellence help create a safe, clean, and attractive environment for residents and visitors.
This role requires a dependable, self-motivated professional who takes pride in maintaining facilities, grounds, and community assets while ensuring operations run smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities Oversee and perform daily maintenance operations throughout community facilities, common areas, and grounds. Perform and coordinate repairs involving electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and general building systems. Conduct routine janitorial duties to maintain clean, safe, and welcoming community spaces. Perform light landscaping and grounds maintenance, including irrigation monitoring, debris removal, weed control, and general property upkeep. Complete moderate handyman and construction-related projects, including carpentry, painting, drywall repair, fencing, concrete repairs, and other facility improvements. Inspect, troubleshoot, and maintain electrical systems, including both high-voltage and low-voltage components, while performing preventive maintenance to minimize downtime. Maintain accurate maintenance records, work orders, asset tracking, and inventory within the maintenance management system. Conduct routine inspections to identify maintenance needs and proactively address potential issues. Coordinate facility improvement and maintenance projects, ensuring timely completion within budget and scope. Implement and follow safety protocols and best practices for all maintenance, repair, and construction activities. Collaborate with community management, vendors, contractors, and residents to support operational goals and enhance property appearance and functionality. Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency repairs as needed.
