Full Job Description Overview:
U.S. Arts & Design
  • Irvine seeks a Front Desk Operations Assistant for a part-time position working 10-30 hours per week at a competitive hourly rate of $20 per hour after an initial three-month probationary period, with an hourly rate of $18 per hour for the duration of the probationary period.
As an Operations Assistant, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Monitor and manage student attendance Performing data entry and database maintenance tasks Assisting with weekly, monthly, and annual reconciliations, billing, and financial statements Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the school Communicate professionally with students, parents, and staff in both English and Chinese. Learning and effectively using our proprietary software systems Response messages via WeChat and receive phone calls. Requirements
  • Previous experience as a Front Desk Agent or similar role is preferred
  • Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Chinese
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Familiarity with phone systems and office equipment
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling guest information
Working Hours:
Summer 1:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Thursdays off Saturday 9:00 a.m.
  • 6:30 p.m. Sunday 11:00 a.m.
  • 6:30 p.m. Spring/Fall 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Thursdays off Saturday 9:00 a.m.
