Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced operations specialist to manage access and provide frontline support for a suite of generative AI tools. This role involves processing access requests, troubleshooting common issues, and maintaining essential documentation. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, communicate effectively across multiple platforms, and possess hands-on experience with AI and SaaS administration functions.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and process generative AI tool access requests based on defined policies. Provide Tier 1 support, troubleshoot common user issues, and escalate complex problems. Audit tool usage, manage seat capacity, and generate usage reports. Develop and maintain user guides, FAQs, and internal knowledge base content. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendor account managers.

Must-Have Skills:

Proven experience in SaaS administration, including user and seat management. Hands-on familiarity with generative AI tools used in media/content workflows. Excellent written communication and documentation skills.

Domain/Industry Experience:

Media, entertainment, marketing, or digital content environments.
