Our practice primarily serves high-risk pregnant women, providing ultrasound procedures and nutritional guidance in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Maternal Fetal Medicine Scheduler to coordinate patient appointments and manage clinical workflows efficiently. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, medical administrative experience, and proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems. This role is vital in ensuring seamless scheduling processes, accurate documentation, and excellent patient service within our specialized prenatal care team. Responsibilities Schedule and coordinate maternal fetal medicine appointments using EMR systems Review medical documentation, medical records, and referral information, to support appointment scheduling and clinical documentation. Provide exceptional front desk support by answering multi-line phone systems, practicing professional phone etiquette, and assisting patients with intake procedures. Collaborate with clinical staff to coordinate diagnostic procedures such as ultrasounds and genetic counseling sessions, amniocentesis and CVS. Manage office administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and maintaining accurate medical billing and coding records using

CPT ICD-9/10

codes. Extensive experience with medical scheduling in a busy clinical environment Strong understanding of medical terminology relevant to maternal fetal medicine and prenatal diagnostics. Bilingual abilities are preferred to serve diverse patient populations effectively. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting. Demonstrated competence in handling medical records management, documentation review, and HIPAA compliance standards.
