Job SummaryAs Expeditor, you are responsible for the flow & pace of the guest experience. Strong communication with our chefs is the key to a successful service. Ideal role for an individual with back of house experience looking to learn service skills. If you are a proactive team player with a strong work ethic, are detail-oriented, and have a passion for hospitality, we want to hear from you!
Duties and Responsibilities Include:
Prepare dining areas before guests are seatedDecorate tables per restaurant standardsRemove any dirty plates or utensils from tables and replenish, as neededComplete all side work as assignedOther duties as assignedMinimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities):

Previous busser or food runner experience is a plusCurrent California Food Handler s and RBS certification required.

Excellent customer service and people skills requiredAbility to prioritize job duties and manage time effectivelyAbility to read menus, safety documents, etc.

Sick Leave LawPhysical Requirements:
Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periodsFrequent lifting and carrying of trays, dishes, and glassware, with loads up to 35 pounds.

Regular bending, stooping, and reaching to clear and reset tables, and to carry items to and from the kitchen.

Manual dexterity required for handling small items like utensils and glassware.

Ability to move quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment, often around crowded areas.

Work may involve exposure to varying noise levels and temperature changes.
