RB Labs RB Labs builds and deploys humanoid robots for events, media, partnerships, real estate, hospitality, and AI driven business applications. We are looking for an Operations Assistant to help with hiring, outreach, scheduling, and general company coordination. Responsibilities 1. Manage hiring pipelines and candidate communication 2. Schedule interviews and coordinate meetings 3. Contact companies, partners, manufacturers, agencies, and vendors 4. Write clear professional emails and follow ups 5. Help organize documents, invoices, contracts, and internal tasks 6. Keep projects moving and make sure nothing gets lost Requirements 1. Excellent English is required 2. Native English or proven B2 level minimum 3. Strong organization and attention to detail 4. Clear written communication 5. Ability to work independently 6. Comfortable with email, calendars, spreadsheets, and task tools 7. Automation and AI agent experience is welcome but not required 8. Interest in AI, robotics, startups, or technology is a plus What we need Someone reliable, fast, and organized who can reduce operational chaos and help the team stay focused on the important work.
