This position serves as the primary point of contact for customers while coordinating schedules for estimates, service calls, and installations. The ideal candidate is professional, detail-oriented, and enjoys helping customers while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers with inquiries Schedule estimates, installations, and service appointments Coordinate daily schedules with technicians and installers Communicate appointment confirmations and schedule updates Process work orders and assist with administrative tasks Follow up with customers regarding completed projects Provide exceptional customer service and support Work closely with office staff and field teams Qualifications Excellent communication and customer service skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Ability to work independently and as part of a team Professional phone etiquette Proficiency with Microsoft Office and computer systems Scheduling or dispatching experience preferred Construction, home improvement, or glazing industry experience is a plus High school diploma or equivalent Benefits Competitive pay Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance Life Insurance Simple IRA with Company Match Paid Vacation Paid Sick Time Stable, year-round employment Growth opportunities within the company Why Join Us?
