Operations Coordinator Reports To:

Administrative Director Overview Our client is seeking a highly organized Operations Coordinator to support the administrative and operational systems of a growing behavioral health organization (50+ staff, two sites). This role focuses on coordination, compliance tracking, process improvement, and cross-functional support. Key Responsibilities Manage tracking for licenses, certifications, insurance, and compliance deadlines Support audits, inspections, and regulatory documentation Coordinate facilities, vendors, maintenance, and office logistics Act as liaison for IT vendors and track service requests Maintain and improve workflows, documentation, and operational systems Support process improvement initiatives (DMAIC, PDSA, Change Management) Track projects, follow-ups, and cross-department priorities

Qualifications:

4+ years in operations, administration, or coordination roles Healthcare or behavioral health experience preferred OR Non-profit Experience with compliance, audits, or regulated environments Strong organizational and project coordination skills Ability to manage multiple priorities independently Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and tracking tools
