Primary Responsibilities:

Answer phones Schedule surgical procedures and appointments Medical Records Obtain authorizations (WC, PPO, HMO, EPO) Coordinate all workers' comp cases Back up for front desk

Requirements:

Some Workers' Comp experience Positive attitude and professional phone etiquette Ability to multi-task, priortize and work efficiently Ability to perform basic clerical functions This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, 9am-5pm.
