This role is ideal for a recent college graduate or early-career professional (2-3 years of experience) who is looking to build a long-term career in operations, e-commerce, or supply chain management. Our business serves schools, hospitals, and office customers and fulfillment. This position offers hands-on exposure to the full operational workflow: from customer communication and order processing to logistics coordination, social media management, and live streaming. Key Responsibilities 1. Customer & Order Communication Answer incoming calls and respond to customer emails in a timely manner Provide quotations and pricing information to customers Confirm purchase orders (POs) and ensure order accuracy Handle order-related communication and coordination with customers 2. Order Processing & Logistics Coordination Verify LTL shipping addresses and resolve incomplete or invalid address issues Process daily outgoing orders in coordination with warehouse operations Prepare and review LTL Bills of Lading (BOLs) Coordinate with carriers and warehouse teams to ensure smooth shipments 3. Amazon Live Streaming Conduct approximately 30 minutes of Amazon Live streaming daily Present products and explain features and use cases Engage with viewers and support product visibility and sales performance No prior hosting experience required, training will be provided 4. Social Media Management Manage company social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.) Post product updates, shipping highlights, company content, etc. Support brand awareness and online engagement 5. Content Support (as needed) Take product photos and short videos when required Assist in creating basic visual content for marketing and listings 6. General Operations Support Assist with inventory, shipping documentation, and daily operational tasks Support other operations-related duties as assigned
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree required (Business, Supply Chain, Marketing, Communications preferred) A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience is required Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal) Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to manage multiple tasks Fast learner with a proactive attitude Proficient in editing videos is a plus Experience in e-commerce, logistics, customer service, or content creation is a plus, but not required
Pay:
$22.00 - $25.00 per hour
