  • Full-time Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator who is bilingual in English and Chinese to join our fast-paced supply chain and logistics team.
In this role, you will be the vital link ensuring seamless coordination across procurement, warehouse management, transportation, and distribution activities. Your energetic approach will drive process improvements, optimize inventory control, and enhance overall supply chain efficiency. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a global operation where your analytical skills and proactive mindset will make a tangible impact. Duties Coordinate and monitor supply chain activities including procurement, sourcing, and vendor management to ensure timely delivery of materials and products. Oversee warehouse operations such as inventory management, stock control, shipping & receiving, and materials handling using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) Manage transportation planning and logistics, including freight forwarding, NVOCC (Non-Vessel Operating Common Carrier) arrangements, 3PL (Third-Party Logistics), and dispatching to optimize delivery schedules. Conduct root cause analysis on supply chain disruptions or inefficiencies; implement process improvements for cost savings and enhanced productivity. Utilize data analysis skills with tools like Tableau and SQL to collect, analyze, and report on supply chain metrics such as demand planning, pricing strategies, profit & loss, and inventory levels. Collaborate with cross-functional teams Ensure compliance with transportation regulations and safety standards; manage transportation systems for efficient movement of goods. Experience Proven experience in supply chain management or logistics roles within warehousing or distribution environments. Strong understanding of warehouse operations including inventory control, shipping & receiving, materials handling, and warehouse management systems. Familiarity with procurement processes such as sourcing, negotiation, vendor management, and contracts. Hands-on experience with transportation planning systems like TMS (Transportation Management Systems) or NVOCC operations is preferred. Demonstrated data analysis skills using Tableau, SQL or similar tools for reporting and process improvement insights. Knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP or AS400; experience with MRP (Material Requirements Planning), demand planning software is a plus. Mechanical knowledge related to warehouse equipment like forklifts is advantageous but not mandatory. Excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese are essential for effective collaboration across diverse teams. Strong analysis skills with the ability to identify root causes of issues within complex supply chains.
