  • 08 Hour (United States of America) The SBC Resource Operations Associate I manages the procurement of materials, services, and equipment by creating and administering requisitions and contracts ensuring compliance with SHC policies.
Key duties include entering all documents through Workday, assisting in negotiating contract terms, and monitoring contract performance and compliance. This is a Stanford Blood Center job. A Brief Overview The SBC Resource Operations Associate I manages the procurement of materials, services, and equipment by creating and administering requisitions and contracts ensuring compliance with SHC policies. Key duties include entering all documents through Workday, assisting in negotiating contract terms, and monitoring contract performance and compliance. Locations Stanford Blood Center What you will do Procurement management: Processes all supply, capital and contract requisitions. Researches and sources vendors and ensures all quotes have accurate pricing.
Accounts Payable:
Problem solves 3-way match issues with vendors and SHC AP, invoice discrepancies, check resolution, and system errors. Laison between SBC and SHC.
Contract and Finance analysis:
Reviews and finalizes contracts to ensure purchase orders, and amendments follow the SHC Contract Admin Policy. Monitors compliance and performance throughout the contract life cycle. This includes the expiring 30, 60, 90-day report. Compiles data and conducts pricing analysis on supplies, capital and contracts. Tracks AP invoices, review invoices for payment, and monitor the

Policy and procedure development:
Assists in the development and implementation of SBC procurement and contract policies and procedures. Education Qualifications High School Diploma or GED Required Experience Qualifications 5+ years to 7 years of administrative and customer service experience required. None Contract and procurement experience preferred. Base Pay Scale:
Generally starting at $32.17
  • $41.
02 per hour The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, internal equity, experience, education, specialty and training. This pay scale is not a promise of a particular wage.
