Fo'rest, a stationery and lifestyle shop in Pasadena, California. We're looking for a detail-oriented Operations Assistant to support inventory, fulfillment, and daily shop operations. This role will work closely with our Operations Coordinator and help keep day-to-day processes running smoothly behind the scenes. Responsibilities Receive, count, and organize incoming inventory Label, price, and prepare products for the shop Assist with online order fulfillment and shipping Restock products and help maintain inventory organization Help keep the shop, stockroom, and workspaces clean and organized Support special projects and assist the operations team as needed Requirements Organized and detail-oriented Reliable and dependable Comfortable with inventory and repetitive tasks Able to lift and move boxes up to 40 lbs Comfortable standing and moving throughout the day Positive attitude and willing to help where needed Weekend Availability Required Bonus Skills (Not Required) Previous retail or fulfillment experience Familiarity with Shopify or shipping platforms Interest in stationery, art, or design
