What This Role is About The People Operations Associate plays a key role in executing core HR processes across payroll, benefits, HRIS, and compliance. You'll be part of a collaborative People Experience team, ensuring that employees have a seamless and well-supported experience throughout their journey at 1st United Credit Union.
What You'll Do:
Process and support bi-weekly payroll, including audits, reconciliations, and vendor coordination Maintain accurate HRIS records across the employee lifecycle (hires, changes, leaves, terminations) Process benefits programs, including enrollments, changes, and employee support Ensure compliance with federal and multi-state regulations Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation and systems updates Maintain documentation, audits, and reporting to ensure operation consistency Partner with internal teams to deliver timely and accurate People Experience support Who This Role is Great For You have 3 or more years of hands-on experience with payroll, benefits, and HR systems You enjoy the operation side of HR and take pride in getting the details right You preferred a role focused on execution and expertise, rather than moving into strategy or leadership You value stability, consistency, and being a trusted go-to resource for employees and leaders Manage confidential information with professionalism Posses strong organizational and time management skills Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel Exceptional attention to detail and data accuracy Hourly Wage will range from $40.85/hour to $46.60/hour. This salary range represents the base pay for grade 11 and does not include additional perks.
