Job Description

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Operations Coordinator to support daily business operations and help ensure efficient workflow across departments. This role will assist with scheduling, reporting, process coordination, vendor communication, and administrative support to keep operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate day-to-day operational and administrative activitiesSupport scheduling, workflow tracking, and project coordinationMaintain records, reports, and operational documentationCommunicate with internal teams, vendors, and external partnersMonitor deadlines, follow up on action items, and help ensure timely completion of tasksAssist with data entry, inventory tracking, and order processing as neededIdentify process improvement opportunities and support operational efficiencyProvide general administrative support to the operations team
