Job Description

Job Summary RN Preferred (Not Required) Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery & Laser Medical Center of the DesertRancho Mirage, CA We are seeking an experienced healthcare professional to join our team as an ASC Operations Coordinator / Office Manager. This position supports both a busy plastic surgery practice and a CMS-certified, AAAHC-accredited ambulatory surgery center. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple operational responsibilities while working closely with physicians, staff, and outside vendors. Experience with ambulatory surgery center accreditation standards, compliance, credentialing, or healthcare operations is strongly preferred, training available for the right candidate. Responsibilities Practice Operations Oversee daily office operations Coordinate patient scheduling and workflow Manage staff schedules and administrative support functions Support physician and provider operations Monitor office policies and procedures Ambulatory Surgery Center Operations Assist with surgery center operational activities Maintain regulatory and accreditation documentation Support AAAHC survey readiness activities Support CMS regulatory and survey readiness activities Coordinate policy and procedure updates Assist with Quality Assessment and Performance Improvement (QAPI) initiatives Maintain compliance records and required logs Human Resources & Credentialing Assist with employee onboarding and personnel files Track required competencies and certifications Coordinate provider credentialing and recredentialing activities Maintain compliance with required training programs Administrative Responsibilities Vendor and contract coordination Record management and document organization Meeting preparation and follow-up Report preparation and data tracking Special projects as assigned Compliance & Privacy Performs responsibilities and maintains compliance as the HIPAA Privacy Officer Supports CMS regulations and survey readiness activities.
Pay:
$75,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
