Our practice is owned by one doctor and managed by a team united by the goal of helping as many patients as possible experience dental surgery in a positive way. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing excellent patient experiences and work well within a team. This is a full-time position with benefits. Responsibilities of the Scheduling Coordinator Greet patients Answer telephone calls Schedule appointments Collect and process payments Maintain patient records Communicate with essential team members to coordinate patient flow Maintain a clean and organized work area Requirements of the Scheduling Coordinator Bilingual in English and Spanish (required) We are more interested in finding the right candidate and are willing to train; however, experience in a dental or medical office setting is a plus Sustained positivity and energy throughout the day Clear communication with patients and all team members Strong attention to detail
