In this pivotal role, you will serve as the vital link between the front-of-house and kitchen staff, ensuring seamless service and an exceptional dining experience for our guests. Duties Clear and reset tables promptly to maintain a clean and inviting dining area. Assist servers by delivering food orders efficiently from the kitchen to the appropriate tables. Support the expediting process by coordinating between kitchen staff and front-of-house team to ensure timely food delivery. Ensure proper food handling and safety procedures are followed during all stages of service. Maintain cleanliness of service stations, dining areas, and surrounding spaces throughout your shift. Communicate effectively with kitchen staff regarding order status, special requests, or guest needs. Qualifications Prior experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly preferred. Knowledge of food preparation, serving techniques, and food safety standards. Experience with bussing, food handling, and supporting culinary teams is a plus. Strong communication skills to coordinate with team members and interact positively with guests. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail. Previous hotel or banquet experience is advantageous but not required. A passion for hospitality, customer service, and creating memorable guest experiences.
