Amarte Skin Care is offering a rare opportunity for a detail-oriented and organized Operations Coordinator to join our team in Downtown Redding. This role encompasses various aspects of our day-to-day operations, including order fulfillment, inventory management, office tasks, customer service, miscellaneous property management duties, social media tasks, and the potential to represent the company at skin care-focused trade shows. The ideal candidate should be college-educated, self-starting, high-energy, mentally positive, a quick learner, possess strong organizational skills, be proficient in social media platforms and apps, as well as Microsoft Office suite, and be willing to travel as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
Order Fulfillment:
Process and fulfill customer orders in a timely and accurate manner. Coordinate with the team to ensure efficient order processing and shipment.
Inventory Management:
Monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstock situations. Conduct regular stock checks and reconcile discrepancies.
Office Tasks:
Assist with general office duties, including data entry, filing, and office organization. Support the team in maintaining a well-functioning office environment.
Customer Service:
Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and other communication channels. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer concerns and resolving issues.
Miscellaneous Property Management Tasks:
Oversee general maintenance and organization of office facilities. Coordinate with vendors for property-related services.
Trade Show Representation:
Attend skin care-focused trade shows as a representative of Amarte Skin Care. Assist in setting up and managing the company booth during events.
Social Media Tasks:
Work with the Social Media Coordinator to update social media accounts as needed. Monitor social media channels for customer engagement and respond accordingly.
Travel:
Willingness to travel for trade shows and other business-related activities.
Qualifications:
College degree in a relevant field. Previous experience in operations, customer service, or a related role is preferred. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software. Social media proficiency. Physical Demands Must be able to lift up to 40lbs. as needed. Requires grasping, writing, standing, sitting, walking, repetitive motions, bending, climbing, listening, and hearing ability and visual acuity. Benefits for
