Job Description

Job Overview We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented person to help run the day-to-day systems behind a fast-moving ecommerce business. This is a hands-on role for someone who communicates well, follows procedures carefully, learns software quickly, and can keep small details from turning into bigger problems. We work in a fast-paced, efficient environment where professionalism matters, but so do learning, positivity, and enjoying the work.
Pay:
$20-$30/hr
DOE Schedule:
Variable/approx. 30 hrs/week with full-time opportunities for the right candidate
Location:
On-site / local role Responsibilities Respond to customer emails Monitor AI customer service bots Answer or return customer phone calls Pick, pack, label, and prepare orders Use shipping tools, label printers, inventory systems, and ecommerce workflows Learn basic 3D printer operation, maintenance, monitoring, cleanup, and organization Help improve SOPs when something is unclear or inefficient What We're Looking For Strong attention to detail Good written communication Comfortable speaking with customers by phone Reliable, punctual, and organized Comfortable learning AI tools, ecommerce systems, and operational software Experience with ecommerce, fulfillment, shipping, customer service, operations, or 3D printing is helpful but not required Nice To Have WooCommerce, Shopify, ShipStation, USPS/UPS tools, Gmail/Google Workspace, help desk software, ChatGPT or other AI tools, Bambu or similar 3D printer systems, label printers, inventory systems, or basic troubleshooting. Growth Opportunity This role has room to grow. Strong performance, reliability, and ownership of systems can lead to raises, expanded responsibilities, and advancement as the business continues to scale.
Pay:
$20.00 - $30.00 per hour
