What You'll Do Door Knocking & Prospecting:

Engage homeowners and business owners in assigned territories and have straightforward conversations about luxury lighting upgrades.

Deliver Pitches:

Present the LumaGlow value and set qualified appointments for our consultants.

Daily Huddles:

Jump into daily training to sharpen your numbers and stay at the top of the leaderboard.

Hit Benchmarks:

Track your activity and keep every interaction professional and ethical. Train to become a Closer.

Requirements Top Producer Mindset:

You don't just want to "try" sales; you want to dominate.

Resilience:
