Job Description
A growing San Diego real estate operation is seeking a reliable and organized Field Operations Assistant / Property Runner to support the management of multiple short-term vacation rental properties. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, staying organized, and being out in the field. Key Responsibilities Visit assigned properties to complete general on-site checks Restock consumable supplies using inventory from a central storage facility Run light errands between properties as needed Report maintenance needs, damages, or safety issues Support day-to-day operational tasks assigned by the management team What We're Looking For Reliable, detail-oriented, and proactive Strong communication and time-management skills Reliable personal vehicle required (mileage reimbursed) Ability to lift and carry supplies Light maintenance experience
